Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders of $35 or more ship free.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days of purchase. During holidays and busy seasons it can take a little longer, so order early for birthdays, Halloween and Christmas.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us.

Why did my order come in more than one package?

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Keep an eye out for each tracking email.

How big are the squishies?

Every product page lists the size. Items marked MINI or small are fingertip or palm size, so please check the size before ordering. An item that matches the size on its product page is not considered damaged or wrong.

What ages are your squishies for?

Each product page lists a recommended age. Our squishies are not for children under 3 because some have small parts. They are not food, so please do not eat them.

Is it normal for my squishy to have small bubbles or look a little different?

Yes. Some squishies are handmade, so small bubbles, marks or slight color differences are normal. Colors can also look different depending on your screen. In packs marked random, the styles and colors are picked at random.

My order arrived damaged or I got the wrong item. What do I do?

Email us within 14 days of delivery at thefreshfindshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

My order hasn't arrived. What now?

First check your tracking link. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We are not able to accept change of mind returns once an order has shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not shipped yet. Once an order ships, we cannot change the address, so please double check it at checkout.
